Bombsquad
We interviewed two women who escaped Boko Haram, a terrorist organization that uses women and children as suicide bombers. With the intention of making their story come to life, I illustrated the important parts. I started drawing on my iPad Pro and transferred the illustrations to Photoshop. I added texture to make the women telling the stories pop out of the frame more. Using After Effects, I blended the animation and live footage to create more cohesive frames.
